The Urological Association of Physician Assistants Board of Directors has decided to postpone this year's annual meeting scheduled for March 26 - 28, 2021 to July 23 - 25, 2021.
The health and safety of all attendees, faculty, staff, and industry partners were paramount in our decision to postpone until July.
Annual Meeting Registration
Your registration with the UAPA 10th Annual Meeting will be automatically transferred to the new meeting dates. Please contact [email protected] if you would like a full refund.
Existing Hotel Reservations
Your current hotel reservation will be automatically transferred to the new coordinating meeting dates. If you would like to cancel any existing reservations, please contact the hotel directly.
As a registered attendee, you are responsible for canceling any hotel bookings you had made previously to attend the 10th Annual Meeting. The cancellation policy for the official UAPA room block at the Kona Kai Resort & Spa, states the following:
“A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold a reservation. These deposits are fully refundable if the hotel is notified 72-hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.”
